SPARKS has been blessed with an incredible team of Direct Support Professionals. With years of experience in the field and a genuine dedication to the individuals they serve, the compassion, consistency, and effort they bring each day is nothing short of inspiring.

​

Every member of our team receives extensive annual training to help ensure the highest level of care and support. Training includes CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, DODD-specific certifications, behavioral support planning, and much more.
